Overall, the experience fell short of basic expectations and I definitely won’t be returning.

While the price point is reasonable, the current standard doesn’t match what guests should expect for a clean and well-maintained stay. I hope management takes feedback seriously and invests in better housekeeping practices and facility upkeep. With some improvements, this property could definitely offer a much better experience.

Stayed in two different rooms—one on the 6th floor and another on the 7th—and had an overall fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—easy access to public transit and close to shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight: varied, fresh, and well-prepared. The only minor downside was the fitness center, but since I’m already a member of another gym, it didn’t affect me at all. Everything else was spot-on—clean rooms, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return.
