The front desk staff were professional and always greeted us with warm smiles, and I was pleasantly surprised when the housekeeping team spoke Chinese—great for communication and added comfort. The location is fantastic: just across from a large supermarket, so grabbing snacks or essentials was super convenient. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning bathtub that I wish I’d photographed! Every night, we enjoyed the thoughtful turn-down service, which made the stay feel extra special. There’s no door between the bathroom and bedroom, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience—especially with the included microwave, perfect for quick meals. Clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped, this hotel offers excellent value. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Overall, this stay was unforgettable. The ambiance, service, and location make it a standout choice in New York. Highly recommended for travelers seeking refined comfort and a touch of Parisian flair in the heart of the city.

Stayed four nights at Sixty LES in an ADA-accessible King room. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous throughout our visit. The only minor downside is that the room can feel quite dim at night, and noise from the bar on the 7th floor can be quite loud until late—sometimes as late as 3 AM. If you’re sensitive to noise, consider requesting a quieter room or one further from the bar. Overall, the location, comfort, and service make this a standout choice. Highly recommend for travelers seeking a stylish, well-located base in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
