The Arno River view from my premium room was absolutely worth the price, offering a perfect sightline to the iconic Ponte Vecchio. While the service from my butler was somewhat average (and unfortunately no kids' bathrobes or slippers were provided), the overall experience still shines. I especially loved the morning room service—delivered in a charming little basket, the bread rolls were crisp, fresh, and delicious. It’s rare to find such a blend of heritage charm and luxury at this level, and despite minor oversights, the ambiance, location, and attention to detail make it a truly memorable stay.
