The staff went above and beyond: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. They even helped carry luggage upon check-in and offered little welcome gifts—such a thoughtful touch! Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and top-tier service, this is it. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to everyone.

I was especially impressed by Manager Wan Wei at check-in; his hospitality went above and beyond. After checking in, he even invited us to play a fun little game—a spinning wheel giveaway! I landed a 70 RMB laundry discount, which was perfect since I had a few clothes needing clean. It wasn’t just a nice surprise—it felt personal and thoughtful. The overall environment is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We’ve stayed here multiple times during our visits to the city, and it’s always been our top choice. What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. We stayed at Hongguang Hotel during National Day with our family of four, and it was an absolutely excellent experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro station with both Line 2 and Line 4 nearby, making it easy to reach places like Jianghan Road in just four stops. We booked the Executive Deluxe Twin Room, and even during peak season, the price was very reasonable—great value for money. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort for our whole family. What stood out was the thoughtful touches: a delivery robot brought our takeout straight to the door, and we received four bottles of water daily, plus fresh toilet seat covers. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From location and cleanliness to service and overall comfort, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for any travelers visiting Wuhan.
