The ambiance is incredibly luxurious, and the overall quality is top-notch. The room was much bigger than the photos suggested, offering plenty of space and a really comfortable feel. From the moment we walked in, the bell staff and front desk team were welcoming and professional—every interaction was pleasant. The signature fragrance and premium toiletries added that extra touch of sophistication. Initially, I was disappointed to learn that none of the four-room options had views of Taipei 101 (which was part of our original shortlist), but after seeing the room in person, I didn’t care about the view at all—the condition, cleanliness, and comfort were just too good. During our 3-night stay, we only encountered one other Korean guest (in the elevator!), and the breakfast area and pool were mostly filled with European travelers, giving it a very international vibe. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs, and across the street, you’ll find a 7-Eleven and a Cosme store—super convenient for snacks or essentials. The location and service make it worth returning. My only advice? Book early—don’t wait until the last minute, especially if you’re planning a weekend or midweek trip!
