The room I was initially assigned was a smoking room, and the smell was quite strong. I went to the front desk right away, and they were incredibly helpful—switching rooms without any hassle. The new room was spacious and had a very comfortable sofa where I could just relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was excellent—plenty of options, with fresh fruit salad that stood out for its taste and quality. Overall, the service was prompt, the room was great, and the amenities made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Absolutely outstanding! My stay at City Center Plaza Aparthotel in Jeddah was nothing short of perfect. Located just a 5-minute walk from the metro, I had easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions—everything was within reach. The apartment was spacious, well-designed, and fully equipped with modern amenities, making it ideal for both short trips and longer stays. Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze, and the clean, comfortable layout made it feel like home. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and even arranged transportation for me without hesitation. This is one of the best value stays I’ve experienced in Saudi Arabia. I was disappointed that the booking was non-refundable—my plans changed unexpectedly, and I couldn’t cancel or get any money back. While the hotel is conveniently located in downtown Jeddah with easy access to public transit and nearby restaurants and shopping options, the lack of flexibility really dampened the experience. For a stay that’s supposed to be stress-free, not being able to adjust plans without losing the full payment felt unfair. I’d recommend this property for travelers with fixed itineraries, but anyone needing more flexibility should consider other options.

We needed a short stay in Jeddah for our family of four during a transit, and after hearing great things from friends familiar with the hotel, we decided to give it a try. We weren’t disappointed—this brand-new property is located in a quiet residential area just a 10-minute drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport and the Haramain Railway Station (in light traffic). Check-in was smooth and efficient, and walking into our room was a real treat: spacious, immaculately clean, and stylishly modern. The kitchenette was a huge plus for us as a family, and the bathroom had ample space with high-quality amenities. Beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. There was plenty of closet space, though we did notice there wasn’t an in-room safe—though one was available at the front desk if needed. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to grocery stores and restaurants, many of which really come alive after evening prayer. If you’d prefer not to go out, you can easily order food in-house through a local delivery service—just ask reception. We tried the hotel’s in-house restaurant and loved their milkshakes, authentic Arabic coffee, and delicious desserts. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast due to our early departure, but I’m confident they can accommodate requests if asked in advance. Just be mindful that occasional language barriers may lead to small misunderstandings—patience goes a long way. For transportation, Uber is far more reliable than local taxis, which can sometimes overcharge. Keep in mind that traffic in Jeddah can extend travel times unexpectedly, so plan accordingly. While front-desk service could use a bit more training, the manager personally stepped in to ensure our stay was flawless—his genuine care and dedication truly stood out. That level of attention made all the difference. In fact, we ended up staying an extra night before leaving Saudi Arabia because we loved it so much. Don’t judge this hotel by its exterior—it’s a hidden gem. Inside, it’s well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and delivers an exceptional experience. I stayed at Platinum Seventy Apartments in Jeddah for one night, and while the room was spacious—perfect for families or longer stays—the overall condition felt outdated. The apartment layout is standard, but the furnishings and fixtures looked worn down. The bedroom door didn’t close properly and seemed broken, which was a bit concerning. The bathroom was extremely small, making it awkward to move around, especially when showering. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud and offered almost no sound insulation—traffic noise from outside easily seeped through the walls, making it hard to relax or sleep peacefully. On the positive side, there was a working washing machine and fridge, which came in handy. Breakfast was basic: just bread, a simple salad, and juice—nothing exciting or varied. Honestly, if you're only here for a single night and need a place to rest, it’s acceptable as a temporary stop. But I wouldn’t book it again unless absolutely necessary.
