My room was immaculate from top to bottom: soft, skin-friendly cotton linens, a Dreamland zero-gravity mattress that made sleeping so comfortable, and a spotless bathroom with excellent dry/wet separation. Noise isolation was impressive—once the window was closed, city sounds vanished completely. Combined with the air purification system, I slept like a baby all night. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
