While the free afternoon tea mentioned in earlier reviews is no longer available, the overall experience remains outstanding. The bathroom and shower area are separated, which is such a thoughtful design—very convenient and private. Location-wise, it's super handy; just a short walk to Tennoji Station, where there’s no shortage of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Getting to Namba is also easy via a few JR stops. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, and affordable restaurants are everywhere—great for grabbing a quick bite. The hotel itself offers excellent value with top-notch facilities and friendly service. I’m already looking forward to my next trip and will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

There’s even a free ice machine on-site, which came in handy. Right downstairs, you’ve got a supermarket and a huge drugstore where everything is surprisingly affordable. FamilyMart is on the 2nd floor, plus several restaurants nearby. Don’t miss the Sky Garden Spa—it’s a relaxing treat after a long day. And the breakfast? Wow. So many options, all delicious, and the 51st-floor dining area offers breathtaking views. Eating breakfast there felt like a real experience. Plus, there’s a little gem in the mall—Sangyo Pancake—where their pancakes are worth every yen (just 880 JPY). My kids had a blast here, and honestly, I’d come back in a heartbeat. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and value.

I booked a family room, and it came fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, stove, and kitchenware—perfect for self-catering, especially when traveling with kids. Location-wise, it's unbeatable: just an 8-minute walk from Namba Station, and Black Gate Market is literally around the corner. Everything you need—from local street food to shopping—is within easy reach. The staff were warm and welcoming, with excellent English skills, making the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. One small note: the kids' playroom is quite compact—about 20 sqm—so it can only comfortably fit three or four young children at a time. It would be great if it could be expanded. Also, breakfast options are fairly basic, nothing special. Still, considering the convenience, cleanliness, and overall value, this hotel stands out. If I’m back in Osaka, this will definitely be my top choice again.

One thing that felt a bit underwhelming was the lobby beverage selection: now only a compact coffee machine is available, compared to other branches where you can enjoy a wider range of drinks like soda, green tea lattes, and more from an open café-style counter. That said, the hotel’s pricing in the Namba area is on the higher end, so improving the first impression here would go a long way. What really stood out though? The front desk staff—super friendly, attentive, and always with a warm smile. Their hospitality made the whole stay feel personal and welcoming. Definitely planning to come back.

The room is compact but surprisingly functional; even with two 28-inch suitcases, there was plenty of space to unpack and move around comfortably. While it’s not as spacious as some domestic hotels, everything felt well thought out and efficient. Excellent value for money, great service, and an overall experience that exceeded expectations.
