Despite the premium reputation, the pricing felt fair, and the food quality was outstanding—especially the glass-roasted pigeon, which was crispy-skinned and incredibly flavorful. A must-try! For dinner, I visited MO Bar, ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars. While walk-ins are welcome (private booths require booking), I arrived on a Sunday evening and only waited about 20 minutes—lucky timing! For those wanting to avoid queues, arriving after 11 PM seems to be a smarter move. Breakfast at Sān Cān Bazaar on the lobby level offered decent variety, though it could have been more refined given the hotel’s luxury standard. It wasn’t bad—just not quite up to the exceptional level I expected. Finally, the spa experience was relaxing and well-executed, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day.
