However, the front desk team and even a neighboring guest went out of their way to help resolve it—though unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so no room changes were possible. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky.
