He upgraded my room for free upon check-in, and when I mentioned wanting to try the sauna, he not only confirmed we had a private steam room but went the extra mile to arrange it just for me. Turns out the facility is usually only opened when there are guests booking in, so having it reserved exclusively for me was a real surprise—and a wonderful touch. The staff, especially a young lady at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and attentive—she even proactively arranged a room facing the quiet courtyard, knowing we were concerned about sleep quality. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel’s overall ambiance is calm and welcoming, located just steps away from Kunming Railway Station and Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast can get busy in the morning, so splitting the dining area into two smaller sections would help reduce crowding.
