This is hands down the most incredible jungle hotel I've ever stayed at—no exaggeration. The moment you step onto the property, you're immersed in a serene, lush tropical paradise. Free bikes and kayaks let you explore the surrounding rainforest and crystal-clear waters at your own pace, and the cenote adventure tours are unforgettable. While there's only one restaurant nearby (and prices are a bit on the high side), the food quality and setting make it worth it—especially dining by the pool at sunset. The whole experience feels special, authentic, and deeply relaxing. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a touch of adventure, this place delivers everything. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The resort overall was an excellent experience—beautiful setting, great location, and friendly staff. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Several restaurants only opened on a rotating basis, with just two available daily, so we couldn’t try all the dining options. That said, it’s disappointing for a property of this caliber. More concerning was the cleanliness issue near our room—guests from the adjacent unit kept ordering meals, and leftover food was left in the hallway for days. A fork remained on the stairs for four full days with no one picking it up. The poolside snack bar served burgers and light bites for one day but was completely closed for two others while we were at the pool. Instead of service, we found scattered food remnants where birds were feeding, and no staff appeared to clean up. Only late in the afternoon did someone show up to collect the trash—but they didn’t even wipe down the counters or clean the grills. These lapses are hard to overlook for a resort that markets itself as top-tier. Despite these shortcomings, the rest of the stay was fantastic. With tighter operational oversight, this place could easily be flawless.

The location couldn’t be better—just steps from downtown Tulum, perfect for exploring the area on foot or hopping on a quick ride. Samy at reception was truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a calm, inviting atmosphere and excellent security that gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The only minor downside was a small charge for makeup left on the towels, but honestly, it’s such a tiny detail and the overall experience far outweighs it. If you’re looking for a stylish, safe, and centrally located spot in Tulum without sacrificing comfort, this place is a top pick. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon this hidden gem during our bike tour exploring the cenotes around Tulum, thanks to our amazing local guide Ursula. Nestled deep in the jungle, Meli-Melo P&B offers an unforgettable breakfast experience surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful silence. The French owner and his team couldn’t have been more welcoming—warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It’s a perfect escape from the crowds of Tulum, offering a serene, authentic vibe that feels like stepping into another world. If you’re looking for a quiet, natural retreat with great hospitality and a touch of charm, this is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back.

Staying at this hotel in the heart of Tulum was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location couldn’t be better—right next to authentic local restaurants and buzzing nightlife spots, making it super easy to explore the town on foot. I loved walking out the door and being surrounded by the vibrant energy of Tulum’s core area. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed advice—whether it was about nearby attractions or local tips, they went above and beyond to assist. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a central, convenient, and welcoming base in Tulum, this is definitely the place to stay. I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely perfect! Our stay at Panacea Condo Tulum was exactly what we hoped for—no surprises, just pure relaxation. The unit matched the listing perfectly, with a clean, modern vibe and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were discreet yet incredibly friendly, always ready to help without being intrusive, making our experience feel seamless. We booked the romantic penthouse suite, which came with a private balcony pool—small but ideal for a quiet dip while enjoying sunset views over the jungle and sea. The two shared pools in the center of the property are equally lovely: surrounded by lush greenery, peaceful and inviting. The fitness room is well-equipped, so staying active during vacation was easy and convenient. Parking is limited but always available—right next to the entrance, which made getting in and out hassle-free. This place truly delivers on comfort, privacy, and convenience. A top-tier choice for anyone looking for a serene, stylish escape in Tulum.

Tulum's Basic Tulum is a hidden gem nestled just outside the main town, offering a peaceful retreat with only six rooms—feeling more like a cozy home than a hotel. The place is spotless, and each room is generously sized with a mini-fridge for convenience. The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help without being intrusive. It’s perfect if you're seeking tranquility without sacrificing comfort. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby—walking distance means you can easily explore local flavors without needing a car. For a quiet escape with charm and simplicity, this is a top choice. No hesitation needed!

Staying at Villas H2O in Tulum was an absolute delight. The private villa-style accommodation felt spacious and cozy, with a perfect balance between comfort and intimacy. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. What stood out most was the location: just a short walk from downtown Tulum, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. The value for money is outstanding—this place offers a premium experience without the premium price. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum looking for a peaceful yet convenient stay. Would definitely come back.

This hotel is absolutely charming—feels like a peaceful little oasis surrounded by lush greenery. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the ADO bus station and right in the heart of Tulum’s vibrant area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My room was thoughtfully equipped with a comfy bed, ample space for luggage, a small table with chairs, a mini kitchenette, a smart TV, reliable hot water, air conditioning, and free filtered water. The manager, Guillermo, went above and beyond—he took time to help me check bus and train schedules, even stored some of my belongings while I visited another city for a few days before returning for my last night in Tulum. I also loved the on-site café; the coffee was rich and aromatic, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. This place truly stood out for its warmth, convenience, and attention to detail. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

Absolutely stunning place! The property is immaculate and perfect for escaping the winter gloom of January. I was especially impressed by the spacious open kitchen and the beautifully designed pool area—ideal for soaking up the sun. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and discreet, making the whole experience feel truly relaxing and rejuvenating. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it’s clear they prioritize guest comfort. This isn’t just a stay—it’s a retreat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a serene, stylish setting.

Charles and Stéphane made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—plus, the little private terrace with a hammock was perfect for relaxing in peace. Breakfast was generous and varied, especially the homemade jams and honey harvested on-site—so fresh and delicious! The location is ideal: just a short walk to the main street leading into Tulum, and there’s a supermarket nearby for essentials. Everything you need is within reach, making it super convenient for exploring the area. This place offers such great value and charm—definitely a highlight of our trip, and we’d happily return.

I wouldn't recommend this property. The access code provided for the lockbox didn't work, and when I tried reaching out to the contact person, they never responded. It was only after contacting another representative from the same company that I finally got help. Communication throughout the entire process was poor and frustrating. Additionally, the listing is misleading—advertising proximity to the beach, but in reality, it's quite far away. The unit itself is very small for the price, making it feel overpriced and not worth the money. Overall, a disappointing experience with little value for what you pay.
