Stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience. The room was quiet enough with earplugs, though the air conditioning was a bit unreliable and the voice assistant occasionally didn’t respond. That said, the location is excellent—right next to the metro station, making it super convenient for getting around Guangzhou. Speaking of food, I have to say Beijing Road’s dining options were underwhelming—tried several spots but nothing stood out. In contrast, West Hua Road had some fantastic local eateries that were both affordable and delicious. I also visited Chaozhou, Shantou, and Nan’ao Island—Shantou was by far the best in terms of food quality, with many great restaurants worth checking out. The other two places were disappointing. All in all, despite minor issues, the hotel’s location and value make it a solid choice for travelers.

The light snacks and beverages were outstanding—far beyond my expectations and definitely among the top tier of five-star hotels in Guangzhou. The pool area is fantastic: clean water, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim—ideal for someone who enjoys swimming. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
