Staying at Blossom House·Hou Hai Beijing in Yangfang Hutong was such a delightful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Houhai Lake and the Drum Tower, making it perfect for exploring Beijing’s historic heart. The hotel’s interior design stands out with its creative use of irregular shapes, which might not be everyone’s taste, but I appreciated the unique character. What truly impressed me was the comfort of the bed—excellent mattress and high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile.
