From the moment we walked in, everything felt luxurious yet welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this is one of those rare places where every detail feels intentional. The location is convenient, close to downtown attractions, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. If you're looking for a memorable stay with genuine warmth and sophistication, this is the place. We’ll be back—no doubt about it.

Staying at Hilton Anatole in Dallas was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown and easy access to everything. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, and having Jade Waters Park right on-site is such a wonderful bonus for guests who want a peaceful retreat. That said, the pool bar service was painfully slow during our visit, especially over Memorial Day weekend. With wristband prices increased from $25 to $55, it would’ve made sense to bring in extra staff to keep up with demand. Waiting 30+ minutes for a drink really took away from the relaxation we were hoping for. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was excellent. A little more staffing during peak times could make this already great experience even better.

The property is very accessible, located in a great spot for both business and leisure travel. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the service exceeded expectations. This is definitely a top-tier hotel experience, and I’ll be back without hesitation.

The staff went above and beyond—especially one attendant who personally guided me to the self-parking area with a smile. That small gesture made a big difference. Friendly, efficient service throughout the visit. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value in downtown Dallas.

The only minor drawback was a faint smell of cooked food in the hallway on the 24th floor, though the rooms themselves were clean and odor-free. It’s worth noting that this didn’t affect the overall comfort or quality of the stay. With its central location, modern design, and thoughtful touches, this place delivers excellent value and would definitely be my go-to choice when visiting Dallas again.
