Staying at Hilton Anatole in Dallas was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown and easy access to everything. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, and having Jade Waters Park right on-site is such a wonderful bonus for guests who want a peaceful retreat. That said, the pool bar service was painfully slow during our visit, especially over Memorial Day weekend. With wristband prices increased from $25 to $55, it would’ve made sense to bring in extra staff to keep up with demand. Waiting 30+ minutes for a drink really took away from the relaxation we were hoping for. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was excellent. A little more staffing during peak times could make this already great experience even better.

At check-in, Madison from the front desk was incredibly helpful—she already had my room key ready, making the process seamless. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and the mattress was simply divine—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The property is very accessible, located in a great spot for both business and leisure travel. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the service exceeded expectations. This is definitely a top-tier hotel experience, and I’ll be back without hesitation.

The only minor drawback was a faint smell of cooked food in the hallway on the 24th floor, though the rooms themselves were clean and odor-free. It’s worth noting that this didn’t affect the overall comfort or quality of the stay. With its central location, modern design, and thoughtful touches, this place delivers excellent value and would definitely be my go-to choice when visiting Dallas again.

My husband and I visited Dallas to see our college son, and this was our first stay at the Marriott Uptown. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent location—steps away from great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a really safe neighborhood. The hotel’s bar was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of lounge space perfect for sipping a cocktail before dinner. The ambiance was relaxed yet stylish, and the staff made us feel right at home. Everything—from the comfortable rooms to the thoughtful touches—was top-notch. We’ll definitely be returning next time we visit our son. Highly recommend this gem in downtown Dallas!
