I’ve been a loyal guest since 1976, when my high school prom was held here. Over the decades, the hotel has maintained its timeless elegance and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, everything felt luxurious yet welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this is one of those rare places where every detail feels intentional. The location is convenient, close to downtown attractions, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Corporate Suites at Knox Henderson Dallas
I was supposed to receive a room access code upon check-in, but never got it. I tried reaching out via email and phone, but received no response. As a result, I had to book another hotel at the last minute. I'm extremely disappointed with the experience and am hoping I can eventually get in touch with someone to request a refund. The lack of communication and support made the entire stay frustrating and stressful.

Located just a 10-minute walk from the light rail station, getting around Dallas was super easy and convenient. Plus, breakfast is included with the rate—hot coffee, fresh pastries, and a good variety of options. It's such a great value, especially for a place this clean and well-located. We didn’t notice any noise coming from Sister, but if you’re in a room facing the street, you might catch faint sounds from nearby clubs—nothing disruptive, just something to note.
