Hotel Zentrum
We planned to stay two nights at this 'hotel,' but we ended up leaving after realizing it was simply unbearable. Check-in was listed for 2 PM, yet our room wasn’t ready until 4:30 PM—after waiting over two hours, we finally got a key. When we entered with the code, we discovered the room was already occupied by another couple who were still inside. This is completely unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of price point or category. The double room we were eventually given had only one pillow and one blanket, the curtain was torn, and the furniture showed obvious scratches—something that could’ve been overlooked, but it just added to the overall sense of neglect. To make matters worse, the manager verbally promised a refund of our deposit, but not a single cent was returned. That’s not just poor service—it’s a deliberate lie, and we are now considering legal action. Overall, this experience was so far below basic standards that we can’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money here.
