The double room we were eventually given had only one pillow and one blanket, the curtain was torn, and the furniture showed obvious scratches—something that could’ve been overlooked, but it just added to the overall sense of neglect. To make matters worse, the manager verbally promised a refund of our deposit, but not a single cent was returned. That’s not just poor service—it’s a deliberate lie, and we are now considering legal action. Overall, this experience was so far below basic standards that we can’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money here.
