The setup actually includes two separate rooms—a king bedroom and a twin bedroom—connected by a door, giving us the privacy we needed while still being able to move freely between spaces. With three beds and a combined area of about 80 square meters, the space felt generous and very comfortable. The hotel has clearly been recently renovated—everything is brand new, from the furnishings to the bathroom fixtures, and the overall ambiance feels luxurious and modern. It’s located just steps away from the subway, making it super convenient for exploring Berlin. Great value, great location, and perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience.

I mentioned it to the front desk, and they immediately arranged a room change without any hassle. The location is fantastic—right above a subway station, making it super easy to get around the city. While some major attractions are about a 20- to 30-minute walk away, the walk itself gives you a great chance to explore local neighborhoods and soak in the Berlin vibe. All in all, this is a top-tier choice for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great service—all at a solid price point.

Several U-Bahn stations are within a 5- to 7-minute stroll, making it easy to explore the city or head downtown. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and within a 15-minute walk, you’ll find some real standout dining spots—plus, just two subway stops away is Xiao Long Kan, perfect for a quick bite. My tower suite offered incredible value for money, complete with a fully stocked minibar that allowed free drinks, plus access to the executive lounge for evening drinks with panoramic views (though it closes at 10 PM). What really stood out was the exceptional service: I accidentally left the 'Do Not Disturb' light on, and when I returned around 5:30 PM, I noticed no housekeeping or minibar refreshment had been done. I mentioned it to reception, and they immediately arranged a follow-up—even though cleaning staff had already finished their shift. That kind of dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay memorable.

There’s an Aldi and a Leve supermarket within walking distance, and the Leve store even stays open on Sundays, which is super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly—especially one female employee who truly stood out. She handled everything efficiently, with genuine warmth and professionalism, and she’s also stunningly beautiful—seriously, I’d recommend her by name if I could! The facilities are outstanding. Compared to older, run-down hotels, this place feels brand new and luxurious. High-quality amenities like shampoo, body wash, and a powerful hairdryer made every day feel special. Lighting, furniture, kitchenware—all thoughtfully designed and top-notch. Best of all? The view from the front-facing river is breathtaking, and the ground-floor restaurant and café offer fantastic views too. You can even stroll into the East Side Gallery daily for some art inspiration. I stayed for eight days, and every moment was enjoyable—no downsides whatsoever. If you’re visiting Berlin again, this is my first choice without hesitation.

The bathroom has a mirror, the closet includes an ironing board, and there's even a desk lamp. One small upgrade would be adding an extra chair, but otherwise, this place offers excellent value for money. Super convenient location, modern comfort, and a peaceful stay—highly recommend!
