The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and authentic. Public transport couldn’t be more convenient either; KL Sentral station is literally a short stroll away, making it easy to explore the city by train or light rail. The room itself felt more like a home than a hotel—spacious, well-designed, and perfect for families. It came fully equipped with kitchen essentials: rice cooker, microwave, electric stovetop, and more—ideal for preparing meals on-site. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though the air conditioning was a bit strong (easy to adjust). With one queen bed and a sofa bed, it easily accommodated two adults. There’s also a dedicated workspace, and the bathroom boasts strong hot and cold water pressure, along with complimentary toiletries. On the fifth floor, you’ll find two swimming pools—one open-air and one indoor—plus a modern gym and a laundry facility, all conveniently located in one spot. Cleanliness was impeccable—no dust anywhere, and the housekeeping team was polite and attentive. My only small suggestion? A tissue pack in the room would be a nice touch. Overall, the property didn’t meet basic standards for cleanliness or functionality, and the experience simply wasn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, comfortable stay.
