Staying at Novotel Moscow Center was an absolute pleasure, especially for travelers who value convenience and efficiency. This made getting around Moscow incredibly easy, whether heading to major attractions or exploring local neighborhoods. The breakfast spread wasn’t overly elaborate, but it was fresh, well-prepared, and free of some common staples like fried potatoes or mashed potatoes—something I personally appreciate, especially when pairing with salty fish. What really stood out was the staff’s service attitude. When I needed to store my luggage before check-in, the team was warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive. It’s clear they care about guest experience. For anyone visiting Moscow and looking for a comfortable, centrally located stay with great transit access and friendly service, this is a top-tier choice. I’ll definitely be returning.
Turris Hotel Tverskaya
Staying at Turris Hotel Tverskaya was a fantastic experience. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Belorusskaya Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Moscow. The rooms are spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. There’s an excellent variety of cafes and restaurants nearby, so you never run out of dining options. Plus, being right next to the Belorussky Train Station makes travel to other destinations super easy. It's a great location with top-notch comfort and service. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
Grand Hotel Belorusskaya
I arrived late and only had one day to stay, but the hospitality at Grand Hotel Belorusskaya made my short visit unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a quick metro ride from everything I wanted to see in Moscow. The room was spotless, clean, and well-maintained down to every detail. Breakfast was absolutely amazing—fresh, varied, and delicious. Even with limited time, I felt truly welcomed and taken care of. If I ever return to Moscow, this hotel will be my first choice. Custos Tsvetnoy Boulvard Hotel
The location is in central Moscow, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The staff at check-in were very rude and unprofessional—especially one woman who seemed hostile and dismissive. To make matters worse, there were visibly marginalized individuals wandering freely around the hotel premises, which created an uneasy atmosphere. Even more alarming, the Russian National Guard frequently appeared in the lobby carrying weapons, which felt unsettling and inappropriate for a hotel environment. The whole place gave me the vibe of a roadside roadside stop rather than a 4-star or even 3-star property in the heart of Moscow. The ambiance, cleanliness, and security all fell far short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay here again.

The Mira Hotel is incredibly easy to find—right next to the metro station, making it a breeze to reach. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect for exploring Moscow on foot or by public transit. The only small downside? No disposable slippers were provided, but honestly, that didn’t ruin the experience. There are plenty of dining options nearby—from casual cafes to local restaurants—so you’re never far from a good meal. Right across the street is a small convenience store, which comes in handy for snacks or essentials. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Moscow.

While the location is a bit tricky to find at first glance, it's actually very accessible via public transit or taxi—just follow the signs carefully. Metallurg Hotel
Big thanks! I stayed at a hostel for a few days before this, paying about the same price. But in that capsule-style room, there was barely enough space to turn around or stretch out. At Metallurg Hotel, I booked a room with three beds—so much space I could’ve played a quick game of football inside! It’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro, and there are plenty of shops nearby. Super convenient and totally worth it. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Moscow!
Minima Belorusskaya Hotel
I’ve stayed here twice already, and each visit gets better! The location is fantastic—just one metro stop from the city center, and it’s only a 9-minute walk to Belorusskaya Station. I love how close everything is: right next to the Depot food hall, with a nice little park nearby, and you can even walk to the Moscow Zoo. The room itself is clean and cozy, though the shower area is a bit small and there’s no shelf at all—definitely could use a little more storage space. Still, the convenience, comfort, and overall value make it worth it. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

Rasteniya I Nastroeniya Hotel
We arrived late at night after a short taxi ride, and despite the slightly tricky location—hidden a bit off the main street and requiring a short walk toward the center of the block—the staff were welcoming and efficient with check-in. The room was cozy, quiet, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. We booked a private bathroom option, and everything was spotless and recently renovated. While there’s no closet, that’s part of its charm—ideal for quick getaways. The entire space is made of wood, giving it a warm, inviting atmosphere. There’s no blackout curtain, but the lighting blends naturally with the rustic aesthetic. Downstairs, there’s a charming café serving excellent breakfasts: delicious pastries, a wide variety of teas, and especially rich, homemade porridge. It’s a small gem in Moscow’s neighborhood. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The location provided for this hotel was completely off—spending over an hour circling around the wrong spot due to unreliable GPS in Russia, which often drifts. I finally found the actual address only after calling a local resident for help. The real place is nearly a kilometer away from where it's listed on the platform, making it extremely difficult to locate. It's situated deep within a residential neighborhood, very quiet and far from any main attractions. The room itself is tiny, with a bed width of less than 80 cm—definitely not comfortable for a good night’s sleep. I had hoped being close to Belarus Station would make my next-day departure easier, but that wasn’t the case; it’s actually quite a distance away. There’s no front desk—just an apartment-style setup—so you’re entirely reliant on phone communication, which can be stressful if you don’t speak Russian. For first-time visitors to Moscow who don’t speak the language, I strongly advise avoiding this property. Arriving late at night? You’ll probably end up lost and frustrated. Overall, poor value, misleading location, and a frustrating experience.
Hotel Continental
I stayed at Hotel Continental when it first opened 15 years ago, and returning now, everything is still top-notch! The hairdryer in the room is absolutely amazing—lightweight yet incredibly powerful. I didn’t expect such strong airflow from something so compact. It made getting ready so much easier. The hotel maintains its charm and excellent service over the years, which is rare these days. Located just minutes from the city center via metro, it’s both convenient and well-priced. If I ever return to Moscow, this will be my go-to choice again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!
