The air conditioner was incredibly noisy, and the remote control didn’t work properly—it couldn’t turn off the unit, leaving me stuck with constant noise. Dust also accumulated around the vents. Overall, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort were severely lacking. I’m truly upset about this stay and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.
