The bed sheets had noticeable stains, and the mattress didn’t smell fresh at all. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy, and the remote control didn’t work properly—it couldn’t turn off the unit, leaving me stuck with constant noise. Dust also accumulated around the vents. Overall, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort were severely lacking. I’m truly upset about this stay and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.
