From the moment I walked in, the design felt authentically Munich—modern yet deeply rooted in local culture, with subtle touches like the Saint Charles apothecary products in the bathroom that made me feel like I was staying somewhere truly special. I booked a standard king room (38 sqm), which felt spacious and thoughtfully laid out, especially with the floor-to-ceiling windows offering serene views of the greenery outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower area—featuring a large walk-in setup—was a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Dining-wise, The Lonely Broccoli is a must-visit. As Munich’s first modern meat-focused restaurant, it delivers on every level. I highly recommend the Wagyu Beef Burger with brioche bun, onion jam, bacon, and cheddar—it’s rich, juicy, and perfectly balanced. The Jamaican-style poussin was another standout, with bold Caribbean spices that really stood out. For sides, the truffle fries and truffled mashed potatoes were luxurious and aromatic, while the lonely broccoli with smoked almond sauce added a quirky but delicious twist.
