We also appreciated the fun activities organized for children, which kept them entertained. We even arranged a birthday setup in the room, and it turned out beautifully—very professional and reliable. This will definitely be our top choice when visiting Jakarta again. One small tip: if booking a taxi online, double-check the exact address, as there are multiple Fraser Residence locations in Jakarta. The front desk staff member with the last name starting with 'R' during check-in stood out—professional, friendly, and efficient, making a great first impression. However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
