The residence completely exceeded my expectations—and those of my family. The apartments were spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with plush beds that made for a restful night's sleep. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Located just a 5-minute walk from the National Museum and about 15 minutes on foot to the Old Town Center, it’s an ideal base for exploring Prague. Everything—from the cleanliness to the location and service—was outstanding. A definite must-book if you're visiting the city. Highly recommended!
Lesser Town Pawlansky Apartments
The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, located in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to most attractions on foot. Public transportation, including trams, was convenient and frequent. The only downside was the noise from the busy street outside—earplugs are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the check-in process wasn’t smooth: no information was sent ahead of time, so I had to call to find out where to pick up the keys. Also, the key collection point closed at 11 PM, and it would’ve been helpful to know it was closing soon after arrival. Despite these hiccups, the apartment itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and stylish. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Prague.

The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you’d need, including kitchenware and essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home, making it easy to settle in right away. Best of all, it’s just a 10-minute walk from major sights like Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, so exploring the city on foot was effortless and enjoyable. Public transport is also nearby, adding to the convenience. With its prime location, excellent service, and top-notch amenities, this place offers amazing value. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The Residence Trafick is a fantastic choice—spacious, well-lit, and very comfortable for both short stays and longer visits. I’d definitely try a room with a large balcony next time; it would make the experience even better. Breakfast was excellent—variety and quality were top-notch, served buffet-style with fresh options to start the day right. One small suggestion: since cleaning is done every three days, it would be great if the room came stocked with at least 5–6 coffee capsules instead of just one. That way, guests can enjoy their morning brew without worry. Overall, this place offers great value, is well-located near public transit, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Prague.

Located just steps away from the iconic Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock Square, it couldn't be more convenient. We were a group of three, but the apartment was so spacious we could’ve easily fit six people — plenty of room to move around and relax. The unit was spotless, well-heated, and very comfortable, making it perfect for our winter visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. If I ever return to Prague, this will be my first choice again — highly recommended!

Wenceslas Square Lofts
Prague is absolutely magical, but our stay at this property was a major disappointment. The listing clearly stated the apartment was accessible by elevator, located on a single level, and suitable for wheelchair users—plus it promised three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a balcony, DVD player, and sound system. Upon arrival, we discovered the elevator only went partway, requiring us to climb steep stairs. The unit actually had only two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a makeshift sleeping area on an open mezzanine floor that anyone could see. There was no balcony, no DVD player, no sound system. When we asked about the situation, the host admitted the heating was broken and we’d need to be moved—but there was no prior notice or explanation about the stairs involved. As a group of friends, one of us has mobility issues, making movement extremely difficult. We were only offered partial refund after questioning them, which came too late—we couldn’t return to rest in the afternoon as planned. Worse still, they accused me of wanting a huge discount without understanding the circumstances, then blamed me for not mentioning accessibility needs. If the property was advertised as fully accessible and on one level, why would we feel the need to bring it up? I truly believe they would have just charged us more for a larger room and kept the difference. What really hurt was being blamed instead of being given basic courtesy or clear communication. The place itself was also poorly maintained—dirty, disorganized, and lacking care. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. A terrible experience overall.

Staying at Mama Shelter Prague was an absolute delight! The location is incredibly convenient—right next to the tram stop, and just a 15-minute ride into the city center with no transfers needed. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, especially the powerful hairdryer that dried my hair in record time. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. Great vibe, excellent service, and unbeatable value. Definitely planning to come back.

We loved having the kettle, tea bags, and coffee in the room—it made our mornings so much more comfortable. The room itself was cozy and well-maintained, though it’s located right on the roadside, so we could hear occasional train noise and outside conversations. That said, the soundproofing kept it manageable, especially at night. One thing we appreciated was the separate bathroom and toilet layout—very convenient and private. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and a lovely vibe. Highly recommend for travelers who want a quiet yet central base in Prague.
