Staying at Izmir Palas Hotel was a great experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, even though some of the facilities showed signs of age—understandable given the hotel's history. Since we checked in early in June, the place wasn’t fully booked, which made for a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The sea-view room was absolutely worth it—the balcony offered stunning views of the sunset, making every evening feel special. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering local tips and assistance with no hesitation. The Ibis Styles Izmir Bornova is brand new and feels very modern and well-maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a nice minimalist design that makes it feel fresh and inviting. There's a small bar downstairs—perfect for a quick drink in the evening without having to go far. Breakfast is decent, though not overly varied; still, it covers the basics with reliable quality. The location is a bit off the beaten path compared to downtown, but the nearby metro station makes getting into the city center super easy. You can just tap your Visa card to ride the train—no need to buy tickets or exchange cash. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a convenient base for exploring Izmir. I’d definitely stay here again if I return.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at Blanca Hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and meticulously tidy—every detail felt thoughtfully done. Located just a short walk from the metro, getting around Izmir was effortless. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and the warm hospitality truly makes it stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Izmir.

The Kordon Hotel Pasaport delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. Located in a prime spot, it's just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transit. The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Izmir Train Station, making our trips to Ephesus and the airport super easy via TCDD trains. Though the property has some age to it, everything is well-maintained and functional. A huge thank you to front desk staff Erol — I accidentally left my charger behind after check-out, and when I emailed at 11 PM that same evening, I got an immediate response. The next day, I was able to retrieve it right at the front desk. Such thoughtful service really stands out. Overall, great value and a welcoming stay.

Staying at Perla Pura Hotel was an absolute delight. The room was spotless and recently renovated, offering a fresh and comfortable atmosphere right from the moment we walked in. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—always smiling, ready to help, and genuinely welcoming. Having a working elevator made moving luggage up and down effortless, which was a huge plus for us with heavy bags. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the harbor, perfect for catching early boats to nearby islands or enjoying a relaxed evening by the water. The views are stunning, with beautiful sea vistas and charming local vibes that make the area feel truly special. From the cleanliness to the hospitality and prime location, every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This place offers incredible value and experience—definitely a top pick if you're visiting Izmir, and I’d happily return again.

We stayed as a group of 45 people, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel is not properly set up to accommodate large groups—there was no dedicated meeting space, which made coordination extremely difficult. Billing was chaotic: it took nearly 30 minutes just to settle the cost of a single drink, and invoices were handled inconsistently with no clear system. Staff were indifferent at best, and most didn’t speak any foreign languages, making communication a constant struggle. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special—plus, the coffee machine broke down for two out of the three days we were there. Meals on-site were underwhelming; food arrived lukewarm, whether served à la carte or from the buffet. Rooms facing the main street were extremely noisy due to poor sound insulation, making rest difficult. While room size was decent, the bedding was poorly thought out—just a thin cotton blanket provided, with no duvet or extra coverings. We requested additional blankets, but by the next day, only two were available despite having asked for three. Clearly overwhelmed by demand, the staff couldn’t keep up. Overall, the hotel feels outdated, poorly managed, and completely unsuitable for families or group travel. I wouldn’t recommend it under any circumstances.
