I just called the hotel to make a reservation and asked if they’d cancel my booking without notice, as I’ve seen some negative reviews mentioning that issue. The owner, Luisa, who introduced herself, said those bad reviews were from 2019 and seemed slightly annoyed. I hung up, and less than five minutes later, she called back—this time with an aggressive tone and offensive language. I’m pretty sure it was because I brought up the negative feedback. If this is how they treat guests even before check-in, I can’t imagine what the experience would be like once staying there. Definitely not recommended. A simple question led to a disrespectful interaction, and honestly, it’s hard to trust the service or staff after this. Would not stay here again.
