When I contacted the platform for help, they claimed it wasn’t found, which was hard to believe given how organized the staff at Gloucester Park were. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed apartment hotel in London, Cheval Gloucester Park is hands down the better choice. Highly recommended!

The mattress is on the softer side, so if you have back issues, consider stretching beforehand.
