We just wrapped up our six-day stay at this incredible hotel in Pisa, and it was absolutely unforgettable. We opted for the full-board package (drinks not included), and honestly, we left feeling a little heavier—well worth it! Every meal was delicious, especially the first courses. The menu offered an excellent variety of seafood and land dishes, catering to every taste. Our maître d’ Gabriele will forever be in our hearts—he’s charming, professional, and truly made us feel welcome. His team was exceptional: always smiling, attentive, and genuinely warm. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding—there was always a fresh, clean scent in the air. The pool is spacious, and the beach is well-equipped. While the sea was a bit choppy, it added a fun element for our little one, as we played in the waves and laughed through the splashes. There’s no on-site entertainment, but just a short walk away is a fantastic amusement park that kept the kids thrilled all day long. The rooms are a bit dated, but they’re huge and spotless—perfect for families. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you ever get the chance, come here at least once in your life—especially for the food. It’s simply unforgettable.

Staying at NH Pisa was an absolute delight—especially if you're arriving by train. The hotel is literally across from the central station, making access super easy. It’s just a 20-minute walk to the Leaning Tower, and the airport shuttle stops right outside the door. My room was modern and comfortable, with a luxurious upgraded bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and a handy in-room water dispenser. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety with both hot and cold options, served by friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Yes, there’s some noise from the nearby train area, but it’s a small trade-off for such great value and convenience. Perfect for travelers wanting to explore Tuscany on a budget. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone planning a short stay in Pisa.

The welcome was incredibly warm—our host greeted us with a bright smile and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, with exceptional bedding that made for a truly restful night's sleep. Located just a 20-minute walk from the airport, a 5-minute stroll to the central train station, and perfectly situated on the main pedestrian street, this place is ideal for exploring Pisa. The famous Leaning Tower is only a short walk away—no need for taxis or long transit rides. Everything you need is within reach, all while enjoying a peaceful, charming atmosphere. We can't recommend it enough!
Royal Victoria Hotel
Staying at Royal Victoria Hotel was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—right on the bridge, in a prime spot between the train station and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. From the moment you step inside, it feels like entering a living museum. The architectural details are stunning, with clear references to the Victorian era, and it’s actually a protected heritage building—so much character and history. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, with a great variety of fresh options. Everything about this stay felt special—convenient, elegant, and authentic. Definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Pisa.

We stayed at this B&B based on the photos that showed a room with a hot tub—only to find out there was no such thing upon arrival. The misleading advertising alone was already unacceptable. Another issue: there is an outdoor pool, yes, but it requires advance booking two days in advance, and this wasn’t clearly stated anywhere. Accessing both the main gate and our room required codes, which my partner had saved on her phone. Unfortunately, her phone broke unexpectedly, leaving us locked out with no way in. With no front desk staff available, we rang the doorbell for help—and were met with an immediate, aggressive response from the owner. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unpleasant. This kind of treatment has no place in any hospitality setting. The management completely ruined the entire experience. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
B&B Colombo
Absolutely central and incredibly convenient! From B&B Colombo, you can reach the city center in just minutes by foot or public transit, and even the airport is a manageable 20-minute walk—perfect for early flights. The place is spotless, well-organized, and warmly welcoming. Gigi and Flavia go above and beyond with their hospitality—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. We traveled with kids and found everything we needed within walking distance: grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, bars, train station, and LAM bus stops—all right at your doorstep. It’s rare to find such a thoughtfully located, clean, and friendly B&B in such a vibrant part of Pisa. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or families. Thanks again, Gigi and Flavia—you made our stay unforgettable!
Window to the Tower
The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and very convenient for exploring the city center. The view from the room is fantastic, and the area is full of charm. However, the service was a major letdown. There was no front desk staff during check-in, and calls went unanswered for hours—after nearly 30 attempts and a wait of about four hours, someone finally responded. It’s frustrating to arrive at a hotel expecting a smooth experience and be left hanging. Despite the excellent location and great views, the lack of basic hospitality really affects the overall impression. Hope they can improve communication and guest support in the future.

Although our stay was brief and we didn’t get to enjoy the garden as much as we’d hoped, the overall experience was excellent. Holiday Pisa Gare
We stayed at Holiday Pisa Gare from July 25 to 30 as a family of four, including our friends and a young child. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the train station, making it super easy to get around by foot or public transit. The staff were welcoming and gave us a quick tour with clear explanations. Bathrooms and toilets are shared in common areas, which some guests might find inconvenient, but the morning cleaning team does a solid job keeping things tidy. It’s expected that guests help maintain cleanliness after use—no big issue for us. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, especially when sharing the space with other travelers. There’s also the option to take your meal back to your room if you prefer more privacy. The young woman working breakfast was kind and helpful throughout. Our room was functional and comfortable: a good-sized bed, a fold-out sofa for the kid, plus a TV and desk. The only downside during summer was the lack of air conditioning—closing windows didn’t help much with street noise. But since we left early and returned late every day, and our main goal was just a clean, quiet place to sleep and freshen up, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, we found this stay very budget-friendly and well worth it. If we ever return to Pisa, we’d definitely choose this place again—especially for value without sacrificing basic comfort.

I had an amazing stay here! The room and bathroom were spotless, and the atmosphere was vibrant with friendly guests from all over the world. Common areas are beautifully designed and very welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking essentials, a microwave, and a refrigerator—perfect for self-catering. There's also a handy vending machine for drinks. Staff went above and beyond—they were incredibly accommodating, even letting us keep our luggage and hang out in the common areas after check-out. If I had to mention one tiny flaw, it’s that the bathroom light should be switched on from inside rather than outside. At night, when you open or close the door, the sudden bright light can be quite blinding to your roommates. But honestly, this is such a minor detail. Overall, the hostel offers excellent value, great vibes, and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely come back!
