The room was lovely and just a 10-minute walk from the Leaning Tower, making it super convenient for exploring Pisa on foot. The owner was incredibly responsive and friendly—communication was smooth and reassuring throughout. The room itself was well-decorated with a cozy, inviting vibe, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which made for a refreshing morning routine. We were given breakfast vouchers for the next day, but unfortunately, the café was closed when we arrived, so we missed out on that part. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. For a one-night stay in Pisa, this place offers great value, quiet surroundings, and a perfect base to enjoy the city without the hassle of long commutes. I’d definitely recommend it for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in a charming Italian setting.

The owner’s mother unexpectedly showed up to check on the room, but instead of handling a simple matter calmly, she completely lost control. What could have been resolved in just 3–4 minutes turned into a chaotic and emotionally charged confrontation. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate—far beyond what one would expect from someone managing a guest accommodation. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it deeply affected our experience and cast a shadow over our entire visit to Pisa. The owners’ response afterward only confirmed their lack of professionalism—instead of addressing the issue constructively, they resorted to a long, defensive reply typical of those who avoid accountability. That kind of reaction speaks volumes about their attitude toward guests. For anyone looking for a peaceful, respectful stay in Tuscany, we strongly advise against choosing this property. It’s not worth risking your travel experience over poor management and emotional outbursts.
