On the morning we were heading to Barcelona, I needed to keep some medication refrigerated—I asked the front desk during breakfast, and they promptly provided a fridge. That kind of thoughtful service really stood out. The room was spacious and clean, with two free bottles of water delivered daily. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety, high quality, and new dishes introduced every day. Despite the excellent amenities and location, the price remains very reasonable. This place offers incredible value for money. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends.

No cleaning service was provided, but since we stayed only two days, we didn’t miss it at all. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient throughout our visit. Overall, an outstanding experience and highly recommended.

Check-in was smooth and even arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, thanks to the room being freshly cleaned—excellent attention to detail. Despite being in a central location, we slept peacefully at night with windows closed. That said, if you leave them open, there’s naturally some morning street noise due to the low floor level. The apartment came fully equipped with all essential amenities, including quality linens and bathroom supplies—though the shower gel was a bit diluted. No bidet was available, which isn’t uncommon when traveling abroad, so it wasn’t a big issue. What stood out most was the super-fast and reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming and staying connected. We didn’t need to reach out to the host for anything special—everything was self-explanatory and well-organized. Overall, this is a top-tier choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of Málaga.

This negative interaction really dampened our otherwise positive impression. It's a shame because the location and accommodations are strong points. We hope the management addresses these service issues, as first impressions matter, and respectful treatment should be standard for every guest.
