The stay was excellent overall! The location is super convenient—just a short metro ride from downtown, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with all the essentials, and I got a good night's sleep. One small note: the complimentary water supply is limited, so it’s a good idea to bring your own bottles, especially if you’re planning on exploring the city in hot weather. All in all, this is a great value option for travelers visiting Mexico City—I’d definitely stay here again.

This is already my third stay at Plutarco Suites, and I can confidently say I won’t be booking anywhere else in Mexico City. I had a truly frightening experience during my stay. The front desk staff, Javier, made inappropriate advances and entered my room without permission. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely unsafe and deeply unsettled. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this property under any circumstances.
