The terrace offers a perfect spot to unwind with a book or enjoy the evening breeze. But what truly made my stay unforgettable were the hosts, Hector and Minerva—kind, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to personally drive me to the airport, which meant more than words can say. I genuinely felt sad saying goodbye. Benjamin, who works at the villa, also added to the warmth with his quiet but attentive hospitality. From the ambiance to the people, every aspect of this experience felt authentic and special. If you're looking for a peaceful, character-filled retreat with heartfelt service, this place is absolutely worth it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-located in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood. Even under stressful circumstances, this place brought peace of mind. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Mexico City—truly a gem!

I had a truly frightening experience during my stay. The front desk staff, Javier, made inappropriate advances and entered my room without permission. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely unsafe and deeply unsettled. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this property under any circumstances.

We arrived at the property only to be told there was no reservation on file and that the unit had already been occupied for two nights. This was extremely frustrating and confusing—no communication beforehand, no clear resolution offered. The staff seemed unprepared and unprofessional, making the entire check-in process stressful. Unfortunately, this experience severely impacted our stay, and we cannot recommend this place due to the lack of basic organization and customer service.
