The hotel is perfectly located near Plaza Universidad, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day. We arrived early and were charged an extra half-day fee, which we understand is standard for early check-in, but it would have been nice to have more flexibility. Parking is available but comes at an additional cost—something to keep in mind if you're driving. That said, the real highlight was the breakfast! It was incredibly diverse with a wide range of fresh, delicious options—from local favorites like warm tortillas and fruit platters to classic Western choices. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. If you’re looking for a reliable stay with a standout breakfast, this place definitely delivers. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort and quality meals.

Nearby highlights include UNAM, the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy—there’s so much to explore within steps. The hotel itself offers a cozy, well-maintained stay with excellent service. The staff are genuinely warm and helpful, and the free shuttle service is a real bonus—especially the driver, Alberto, who went out of his way to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. Don’t miss the Italian restaurant on-site—on Tuesdays, they have a buy-one-get-one pizza deal that’s worth planning your visit around. For comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location, this place truly stands out. Highly recommend for travelers who want to be in the middle of the action without sacrificing quality.

I had a truly frightening experience during my stay. The front desk staff, Javier, made inappropriate advances and entered my room without permission. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely unsafe and deeply unsettled. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this property under any circumstances.
