We stayed just one night at Maison Durante and didn’t book breakfast, but that didn’t affect our experience. The check-in was warm and welcoming—staff were friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, with a fantastic shower that delivered strong water pressure. The only minor issue was the bathroom exhaust fan, which was quite noisy—but we only noticed it around 11 PM. Since it was late, we decided not to call housekeeping and simply kept the door closed, which helped reduce the noise. Overall, this was a great stay. The location is convenient, the room is clean and stylish, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return.

The breakfast was varied and plentiful—great for starting the day right. The tram stop is literally across the street, making travel around Nice super convenient. Staff were professional and responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel bar was closed in the evening during our Easter visit, so we had to head over to Novotel for dinner and ended up enjoying an excellent cocktail there—definitely a highlight of the night. One small downside: no toilet brush in the room. It’s not just inconvenient for housekeeping but also awkward for guests. A simple fix that would make a big difference. Overall, though, the location, service, and value are outstanding—definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.

There’s also a free coffee machine offering espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and milk—available anytime without extra charges. It’s such a thoughtful touch! Everything about our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and a home-like atmosphere.

Staying at Hotel le Saint Paul was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center and close to restaurants, shops, and tourist spots. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with clean, stylish rooms. While the room size is modest and slightly smaller than shown in the photos, it’s still comfortable and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The only downside is finding the entrance—it’s tricky if you’re driving. The main gate is on the roadside, but it’s set at an angle, and the narrow street has two large trash bins blocking the view, making it easy to miss. A small sign or slight repositioning of the bins would help a lot. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Nice.
