The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering thoughtful suggestions on local attractions and hidden gems to explore. It’s clear they care about guest experience. This place has definitely earned a spot on my list for future trips to Nice. Highly recommended!

My week-long stay at Résidence la Villa Léonie from April 22nd to 29th was absolutely delightful. The property is perfectly located—just a short walk from the city center and literally steps away from the port, making it super convenient for exploring Nice. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside the villa, so getting around town is effortless. The apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, though it would be nice to have a proper coffee maker in the kitchen. That said, the attention to detail and warm welcome from Clémence and her dad made all the difference. Their hospitality truly added a personal touch to the experience. This is definitely an address worth remembering—highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort, location, and genuine charm.

We came to Nice for my niece's wedding and were looking for a cozy place near family, something more personal than a standard hotel. A friend recommended Villa Bellabé, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The host, Christina, welcomed us with such warmth and a bright smile—immediately putting us at ease. Nestled among lush greenery and a peaceful garden, our room was pure charm: spotless, inviting, and thoughtfully designed with a small kitchenette and a stylish Italian shower in the bathroom. Everything was perfect—no complaints at all. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, bottled water, and fresh linens that were soft and refreshing. Breakfast the next morning was an absolute highlight: fresh baguettes, croissants, chocolate croissants, chouquettes, butter, jam, multivitamin juice (perfect since I’m not a fan of orange juice!), cheese, and Nutella—just what you need to start the day right. But beyond the comfort and amenities, what truly stood out was Christina’s genuine hospitality. She goes the extra mile with little thoughtful touches and local tips that made our stay feel special. We loved it so much, we’re already planning to return soon!

One highlight was the parking arrangement: we paid a small daily fee for a covered, secure underground spot, which made life so much easier—no more stressing about finding a place to park in the narrow streets of Nice. Plus, there’s a shared kitchen available for guests to cook meals, with a cozy dining area right next to reception. There’s also a free coffee machine offering espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and milk—available anytime without extra charges. It’s such a thoughtful touch! Everything about our stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and a home-like atmosphere.

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with clean, stylish rooms. While the room size is modest and slightly smaller than shown in the photos, it’s still comfortable and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The only downside is finding the entrance—it’s tricky if you’re driving. The main gate is on the roadside, but it’s set at an angle, and the narrow street has two large trash bins blocking the view, making it easy to miss. A small sign or slight repositioning of the bins would help a lot. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Nice.
