The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—checking in at 2 PM was no issue, and they allowed me to leave my luggage at the lobby before returning later, which made the process so much more convenient. The room matched the photos perfectly, and even looked better in person. The pool is a standout—it's spacious at 1.2 meters wide, clean, and beautifully designed, open from 9 AM to 9 PM daily. It’s perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring the city. The hotel is very close to Central Airport Mall, making it easy to access shopping and transport. One of the highlights? Free matcha green tea at the lobby—rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious! A small note: some of the bathrobes were worn and not in great condition, and the air conditioning had a minor hiccup, but these were truly negligible issues. The room wasn’t well soundproofed, but overall, the experience was outstanding. Great value for money and definitely worth recommending.
