Staying at Munich Marriott Hotel City West was a fantastic experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities that made the stay very enjoyable. The breakfast spread was impressive—plenty of variety and high quality, perfect for starting the day right. The only minor downside is the hotel's distance from the nearest subway station, about a 10-12 minute walk. However, there are always taxis available right outside the entrance, making transportation to the city center convenient. With great service, a well-located position near major attractions, and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely book here again.

Staying at Mercure München City Center was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and perfect for our group of three—plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and even hand lotion—very thoughtful touches. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks in the mini bar, which made our stay more convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Munich. The hotel is incredibly close to the main train station—just step out from the McDonald’s and Starbucks exit, and you’ll spot the spacious dm supermarket right there. Walk straight ahead, turn left, and there it is—King’s Hotel. The self-check-in desk made things super smooth. I opted for no housekeeping service and received a 10€ voucher that could be used at the bar or breakfast—such a thoughtful touch! The cocktail served by the lovely lady bartender was absolutely delightful—beautifully crafted, delicious, and even came with a free snack upgrade. I’m planning to ring in 2026 here, and the soundproofing is amazing—completely silent outside, so peaceful. I opened the window and saw snowflakes gently falling. It’s just one stop away from Marienplatz, making this location perfect for exploring the city. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler—police were patrolling both the train and subway stations late into the night, no stray dogs or suspicious characters. Even when I returned, I noticed six heavily armed officers in black masks guarding the entrance—very reassuring. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the single room was perfectly sized and spotless. This stay truly gave me unforgettable memories of Munich. I’ll definitely come back—and only choose this hotel again.
