My stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Nanjing Road and a quick subway ride to the Bund, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is brand new, spotlessly clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent bedding and modern amenities. I especially want to thank Starry at the front desk for her thoughtful service—she went out of her way to help with local recommendations and transportation tips, which made my trip so much smoother.
