We arrived tired after skiing in Chongli with bags full of gear, and the front desk staff, Xiao Li, went above and beyond—he helped carry our luggage up, upgraded our room without hesitation, and even provided a disposable bathrobe quickly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with zero delays. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic—authentic local favorites like Beijing-style zhajiangmian, douzhi, and youtiao made the morning feel truly special. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the service was professional yet warm.
