The apartment was incredibly spacious—something truly rare in New York! The kitchen was fully equipped with a full-sized fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, and even brand-new washer and dryer. The luxury bathroom and super comfortable bed made for a relaxing stay. Every morning, I enjoyed complimentary coffee from the penthouse, which I could take back to my unit or enjoy on the street. The staff were exceptionally friendly—especially César, one of the bellmen, who was genuinely warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip to NYC. Being able to stay in and avoid going out to eat during freezing weather is such a relief—having everything you need right at your doorstep makes all the difference.
