Stayed here during New Year’s Day and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was huge—perfectly comfortable with a 2-meter width. My favorite part? The room faced directly toward the Hubei Provincial Museum, so every morning I woke up to a stunning view of the museum entrance right outside my window. The front desk staff, especially Miss Hu Lanxiang, went above and beyond—she upgraded me from the 4th to the 6th floor without hesitation, and the view from the higher floor was simply breathtaking. There was a slight road noise at night, but it didn’t disturb my sleep at all. Parking was super convenient with plenty of spots available—no stress finding a space. One of the biggest perks? Free parking for guests with unlimited entry and exit—no stress at all. The lobby has a grand, modern vibe, and the room itself was spotless, well-organized, and featured brand-new disposable amenities. The mattress offered excellent support, and I slept like a baby—no back pain whatsoever. Dining-wise, the Golden Gate buffet on the 5th floor is a must-try. Their grilled durian is out of this world—rich, sweet, and perfectly cooked. Just note that you need to arrive before 10:00 AM or book via WeChat Official Account, pay at 10:30 AM, and pick up your voucher at the front desk. Entry starts at 11:00 AM, so timing works smoothly.
