Breakfast was a highlight: diverse, fresh, and well-prepared with both local and international options. Comfortable rooms, great service, and an overall experience that exceeds expectations. If you're visiting Hanoi and want a calm, convenient, and high-quality stay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering.

Drinks were self-serve, which made it super relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast was equally impressive with a wide range of delicious options, though I arrived early and couldn’t try everything—really wish I’d had more time. The first cup of cappuccino was excellent—so rich and smooth I had to order a second. Unfortunately, the second serving wasn’t quite the same, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, this hotel stands out for its comfort, service, and attention to detail. I’d definitely come back without hesitation.
