One thing worth mentioning: on our final night, the air conditioning in the entire hotel stopped working unexpectedly. Instead of brushing us off, the team offered a generous discount on two nights—such a thoughtful gesture that really turned a potential disappointment into a memorable experience. From the prime location to the warm staff and stylish vibe, this place truly delivers. Highly recommended.

Overall, despite a few minor hiccups, the service was responsive and the value for money stood out compared to similar properties in the area.
