The overall experience was excellent! There was a minor authorization issue upon check-in, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally—everything was resolved smoothly without any hassle. The team went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options from both Western and international cuisines. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: steps away from South Beach, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Public transit is also nearby, making exploring Miami Beach effortless. Great service, amazing vibe, and fantastic value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

The lobby was quite chilly, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about 20 minutes due to only one front desk agent being on duty, and the group ahead of us took a while to complete their paperwork. That said, the room itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered a nice balcony with direct access to the beach—this was a major highlight for me. I loved stepping out onto the terrace and walking straight down to the sand. The pool area is on the smaller side, but there are two pools, so it’s not too crowded. Overall, despite the minor wait and cool lobby, the location and beach access make this a great choice for a relaxing Miami Beach getaway. A solid stay with good value.
The Pavilion Residences
We stayed for a full month at this property, and honestly, the only redeeming factor was the ocean view—period. If you're on the street side, I can't speak to that, but our unit faced the water, and that alone made it worth it. However, everything else fell completely short. The constant construction was a major headache—work went on nonstop, and no one seemed to be informed. I spoke with at least ten other families, and not a single one had been notified about the ongoing building projects. When I called the owner, he said, 'It’s only from 9 to 4, it won’t be disruptive.' Seriously? It was extremely disruptive—noise levels were unbearable. A local resident told me the hallways have been under construction 'for years'—no end in sight. I could go on listing the various noisy, intrusive renovations, but it gets repetitive. Then there’s the fines: $100 per incident. Open your sliders or windows? You’re fined. Not wearing a shirt? Fined. Not wearing shoes? Fined. Security literally stood on the boardwalk or beach taking photos of every open window or balcony door. Why would you come to the beach and not open the windows? This wasn’t mentioned upfront—completely misleading. The unit itself was a mess. Dirty, mismatched linens, insufficient towels for four people—we ended up buying new ones at TJ Maxx. Missing closet door, tiles missing in the shower, sharp edges everywhere. I bought a shower mat just to protect our feet. The balcony furniture was ripped and falling apart. The list goes on. It’s clear the owners are purely here to make money—zero concern for guest comfort or well-being. Both of us have been sick for the past two weeks, and we suspect it’s due to the malfunctioning AC. Reading other reviews, we noticed many consistent complaints. I wish I’d read more before paying for a month-long stay—it’s something I deeply regret.

It matched the photos exactly, no surprises at all. We had a fantastic family getaway—perfect for kids with easy access to the pool and beach. The location is unbeatable, right on Miami Beach, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and public transit. Everything we wanted in a vacation was here, and more. A truly memorable stay with outstanding value. I’ll definitely come back.

Starting at 9:00 AM every single day, he would scream loudly from the street and echo through the hallways—shouting at someone I never even saw. The noise was so intense it woke me up every morning, even on holidays. It felt like a daily alarm clock with no off switch. Thankfully, the weekend was quiet, which made me think he might’ve been off-duty or just not working that week. Honestly, this kind of disturbance completely ruined the vibe of the trip. If you're booking through any platform, please make sure they’re aware of these issues—this is not something guests should have to deal with.
