The room is a bit small, but the location is unbeatable—just steps away from Times Square, making it perfect for exploring the area and soaking in the vibrant energy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; I called asking for a kettle and it arrived in my room within minutes. The only minor downside is that the heating system makes some noise when running, which was a bit distracting—so I ended up turning it off. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic. Great value, excellent service, and being so close to everything makes this hotel a top choice for any visit to NYC.
