I was really satisfied with my stay at Holiday Inn Express Denver Central - North. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with a modern, welcoming vibe. My room was cozy, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly—no buffering, even when streaming or working remotely. My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Denver Downtown was disappointing, especially regarding the breakfast service. On my first morning, I arrived at 6 a.m. as advertised, but the breakfast area wasn’t set up yet. The next day, I tried again at 6:30 a.m., hoping for better timing—still no breakfast ready. I called the front desk to ask when coffee might be available, only to be met with an extremely rude staff member who refused to give any estimate and abruptly hung up. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a hotel that’s supposed to offer a convenient downtown experience. It’s frustrating to arrive early and not even get basic amenities on time, let alone respectful treatment. The lack of coordination and professionalism really undermined the entire stay. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
