All toiletries were plentiful, and there was even glass-bottled mineral water available for refill. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was outstanding—rich in variety with top-quality smoked salmon, fresh pastries, and an impressive selection of beverages. It gave me all the energy I needed to explore the city all day. There’s a Lidl supermarket nearby, where we picked up bread, milk, cheese, and cold cuts to make a quick breakfast each morning—simple but effective and affordable. The room was spacious, likely a family room, with a small sofa and even a little sitting area, which made it feel more like a home away from home. That said, the toilet water pressure was weak, and the toilet brush looked less than clean—something we noticed right away. But the staff made up for it in spades: the front desk guy was incredibly helpful, letting us check in early so we didn’t have to leave our luggage behind. And when the elevator broke down, they sent someone to carry our bags up—such a thoughtful touch. It really turned what could’ve been a minor disappointment into a positive experience. We’re glad we chose this spot for our first visit to Munich, especially given the excellent location. If we come back, we might explore other options—but for now, we’d definitely stay here again.
